Ahh. The inaugural post of B&G. Don't expect brilliance, relevance, or even coherence.
A bourbon and ginger (some call it a bourbon highball) is a delicious cocktail, both Southern and refined, things to which this space may be intermittently dedicated: refined Southernism, that is. But then again, maybe there won't be a focus. Which would coincide perfectly with my life. So welcome to Bourbon & Ginger. And like all good libations, please enjoy this blog in moderation.
